Assistant Site Supervisor required to support the site supervisor in overseeing all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction through completion. Assists with implementing safety policies, facilitating orientations, & ensuring required documentation is completed. Helps coordinate jobsite setup, material tracking, labor activities, & framing operations. Aids in maintaining quality control processes & updating project tracking systems. Participates in meetings with clients & trade partners, supports daily reporting, timekeeping, & employee development, & contributes to upholding Colt's values & standards on site.
Travel may be required to multiple job sites within the state, typically 2-3 sites/year, depending on project needs.
Requires 24 months of experience in construction & delivery & OSHA 30 Certified; CPR, AED, & First-aid response Certification.
