Requirements: BS in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related. 3 years experience in job office, senior management role, or related occupations in construction or operations. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, financial planning, & risk management. Experience supervising senior project managers, monitoring project delivery, ensuring compliance with federal, state & local regulations. Experience in ERP & construction management software including Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, Presto, or related. Written & oral Spanish proficiency required.
