Duties:
• Serve as a technical liaison between business stakeholders and software development teams to capture, analyze, and document complex data requirements, translating them into scalable and efficient ETL solutions.
• Lead the design and implementation of data models that ensure high-performance ETL workflows for large, heterogeneous data sources while maintaining flexibility for evolving business needs.
• Architect and develop advanced ETL processes, workflows, and dashboards to support large-scale, automated data analysis and reporting, ensuring that all solutions are optimized for performance and maintainability.
• Conduct comprehensive impact analysis on changes in upstream processes, ensuring seamless integration with Data Warehouse and Reporting systems.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate closely with analysts, offering expertise in data queries, report/dashboard creation, and troubleshooting complex data issues to support business decision-making and performance monitoring.
• Write and review high-quality technical documentation including design specifications, data model diagrams, data flow diagrams, and production support documents to ensure long-term system sustainability and ease of maintenance.
• Enforce development standards, time tracking, policies, and change management processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational guidelines.
• Proactively monitor ETL processes in production, resolve issues quickly, and recommend optimizations to maintain system performance and reliability.
