Assistant Salon Manager wanted for a busy salon. Duties include: Support the Salon Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth & efficient workflow; Assist with staff scheduling, shift adjustments, & front-desk coordination; Greet customers, answer service-related inquiries, & resolve client concerns promptly; Monitor client satisfaction & maintain high service standards; Track inventory & supplies; communicate with management regarding reorders; Help train & onboard new employees on salon procedures & service expectations; Prep shift summaries & reconciliation reports at the end of each day; Coordinate social media postings & follow-up communications with clients; & maintain a clean, professional, & welcoming salon environment.
Requirements: Bachelor's, or Associate's+Exp. degree in Art, Science, or related fields (or equivalent experience). Prior experience in a supervisory, customer service, or salon environment preferred. Familiarity with scheduling & appointment platforms. Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask & work in a fast-paced setting. Detail-oriented with organizational & leadership abilities.
