Hybrid role - in office few times/month. May telecommute within communication distance to workspace. Formulate & define system scope & objectives based on user needs & business system understanding. Mon - Fri, 37.5 hours/week with occasional project management & weekend work.
Requires bachelor's/master's in Business Analysis/Engineering/Project Management/related/equivalent. Requires with bachelor's 3 years / with master's 1 year progressive business analysis/software development/process engineering/project management experience including (if bachelor's 3 years/if master's 1 year): configure & customize enterprise software analytic solutions to optimize business processes & enhance user experience; use business systems & integrated knowledge to support scalability & effective analytic solutions; use Python/SQL for data extraction, analysis, & validation / customer journey mapping & UX/UI design, including creating wireframe mock-ups & developing business process flowcharts with Balsamiq, Lucidchart, & MS Visio; define validation rules & test scenarios to enhance system functionality & user experience; data visualization tools like PowerBI/Tableau; project & test management tools like Jira/equivalent; work with software development methodologies like Agile & Waterfall; gather functional requirements & translate into technical specifications; work with cross-functional & distributed teams in different time zones; project & task management & perform system testing (QA & UAT).
