Req: Bachelor's degree in controls, mechatronics, or electrical engineering, or closely related field. 5 yrs. exp. developing electrical controls for fiber optical cable manufacturing processes for use in hyperscale data centers. 5 yrs. exp. w/: Allen Bradley, Beckhoff PLC programming for dynamic fiber optic cabling processes, incl. buffering, jacketing, straightening, & compound delivery; iFix HMI & SCADA programming for fiber optic cabling; visual basic & C++ coding to develop tailored software solutions for advanced processes; leading projects & teams of electrical & mechanical engineers & technicians to support fiber optic cabling equipment & controls design & commissioning.
