Perform civil & project engineering duties in planning & overseeing the preconstruction of building structures & facilities.
Requires: Bachelor's deg. in Civil Eng. or a closely related field. 3 yrs. of exp. as a Civil Engineer, Site Engineer, or related role. 3 yrs. of exp. managing procurement logs & submittal processes. 3 yrs. of exp. managing closeout activities, including distribution & tracking of punch lists, change orders, contracts, permits, & owner occupancy details. 3 yrs. of exp. developing & maintaining records of RFIs, construction bulletins, & change documentations using project management software. 3 yrs. of exp. performing quantity takeoffs. 3 yrs. of exp. in commercial construction. May require domestic travel to various project sites up to 20% of the time.
