Builds custom networks & SAP environments. Manages & monitors all installed systems & infrastructure for the organization to be in line with company guidelines or standard operating procedure. Defines customers' needs & functionality in a service development cycle. Assists in the coordination of various teams testing & evaluating for the development of design & its implementation of the best output. Installs, configures, & tests operating systems, application software, & system management tools. Ensures the highest level of systems & infrastructure availability. Implements warranty & support activities. Evaluates the existing systems & provides the technical direction to IT support staff. Plans & implements system automation as required for better efficiency. Oversee the development of customized software & hardware requirement. Collaborates with other professionals to ensure high quality deliverables within organization guidelines, policies, & procedures. Deals with work process, optimization methods, & risk management tools in the given projects for the successful accomplishments according to the requirements of the stakeholders. Perform other duties as required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or closely related, + 24 months of experience in job offered, SAP consultant or as or closely related position.
