Work with trading desk on various stages of potential non-performing, re-performing loan & new originations bids (NPL/RPL/New Origination), normalize & load loan level data into internal databases, analyze & stratify pools, determine appropriate modeling assumptions, run analytics & produce bid packets & investment committee memos. Interact with Mortgage Banking team on deal securitizations to produce analytics, schedules for governing docs, accurate loan level data, & work with transaction managers on diligence items.
