Intermediate Designer (Hotels)
Dallas, TX loc. May telecommute up to 1 day/wk.
Consult with clients, under direct supervision of licensed architect, to determine functional and spatial requirements for new structure or renovation. Assist construction admin by prep scale drawings and construction docs for building contractors.
Consult with supervisors re feedback on projects. Prep info on design, specs, materials, color, equipment, cost estimates, and construction time. Little international travel may be involved. Must have Bachelor in Architecture or related field + 6 yrs related exp in hotel (guestroom and public areas) design. Also requires skills (6 yrs exp) in: Design build for hotel renovation and construction admin; Interior Design and planning for hospitality, commercial, multi-family, and residential projects; Luxury hotels, residential design and doc; Multi-residential design and doc; Revit; Enscape; AutoCAD; Rhino, Grasshopper, and In-design; Illustrator; Sketchup; Affinity Design software (sw); Design Pages, incl.
