Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field, & 3 yrs of exp in the job offered, as Analyst, or related position involving analyzing business data. Full term of exp must include: Interpreting complex business data & translating insights into actionable strategies for operational planning; Developing methods/models for analyzing business data including large data sets; Utilizing data visualization techniques & tools, including developing comprehensive visualization reports using Tableau; Programming languages including SAS, SQL, R, & Visual Basic; Risk parameter models & models relating to allowance for credit loss; Utilizing Excel to support analytical & reporting functions; Working effectively across multiple business units/functions to deliver reporting & BI solutions; &, Presenting & communicating insights & recommended business actions to business leaders.
