Reqs: Bachelor in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 10 yrs experience in HRIS or shared services environments. 5 yrs experience in 1+ areas of SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent HRIS system, including Employee Central & Payroll. Any experience with IC solutioning (requirements gathering, build, delivery, deploy, & stabilization); HR policies & procedures necessary to ensure HRIS meets organizational needs & goals; researching, developing, & presenting cost/benefit analyses; implementing new technology to include self service capability & mobile technology; leading & creating team environment; business processes, internal controls, compliance risk management, & related standards & best practices; & with supporting local HR requirements of NA, SA, & CA (Canada, US, Mexico, & Brazil). Must have legal authority to work in U.S. EEOE.
