Must have a Bach's deg in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Finance or related quantitative field +3 yrs exp in analyst or researcher positions performing/utilizing the following: performing quantitative analysis & data analytics; statistical methods, incl a broad understanding of classical statistics, probability theory, econometrics, time-series, & primary statistical tests; data cleansing & prep methodologies, incl regex, filtering, indexing, interpolation, & outlier treatment; Data Analysis techniques, EDA, Data Visualization to effectively communicate to stakeholders, clarify reqmts & make effective suggestions; Data Engg & ML-Ops to both effectively extract, transform, load the data & for further model deployment, incl model maintenance & operation; working knowl of transaction processing application software, application processing systems, & collection inventory systems; performing in a cross-functional & collaborative team environment focused on supporting business partners with enhanced insights; connecting to practical application, providing recommendations on target initiatives, with a strong bias to action & focus on quantifiable business impact; delivering insights against tight deadlines in a collaborative environment to drive max. impact; applying knowl in statistical & analytical principles, tools, & techniques; Natural Language Processing techniques & other related Deep Learning knowl; & utilizing exp with: IBM, DB2, Oracle, SAS, SQL, Toad, Python, R, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Statistics Knowl, & Machine Learning Knowl. Position may be eligible to work hybrid/remotely but is based out of & reports to Truist offices in Atlanta, GA.
