Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Scientist to assist with researching life and medical independence to identify potential therapeutic targets and product concepts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Cell & Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Biology or related field
- 3 years of pharma/biotech industry research experience; or a Master's degree & 1 year of experience
- Experience with:
- Cell signaling pathways
- Protein engineering & cancer immunotherapies
- Molecular biology techniques including DNA construct design & cloning
- Large-scale library cloning & quality assessment using Next-Gen sequencing
- Mammalian cell culture & cell line engineering by CRISPR-Cas9 genome editing
- Common lab automation platforms (Hamilton & Integra Assist Plus)
- Multi-color analysis flow cytometry and FACS
- Common data analysis software including FlowJo & Graphpad Prism
- Bioinformatic analysis of sequence data using R and/or Python
- Ability to drive results in multiple projects simultaneously
- Skill in planning and organizing work activities to meet schedules and deadlines
- Ability to interpret results and present them effectively in team settings
- Contribute constructively to scientific discussions
- Must have scientific publications in pharma/biotech industry research field
- 4% domestic travel required
