The Club Technical Director and Director of Coach Education will perform the following duties: Organize and provide coaching education sessions for all coaches in the club to coincide with licensing requirements. Work with the DOC and all select coaches to evaluate players during Spring and Summer tryouts.
Requirements:
Must have UEFA Advanced Coaching License. Requirements include 4 years of work experience developing and implementing coaching education curriculum for soccer teams or national soccer associations at the professional and national level (including either senior or youth national teams). The 4 years of experience must include:
- Designing, delivering, and assessing coach education courses for a national soccer association
- Teaching or lecturing college-level courses focused on coaching education
- 10% travel required to attend national events
