Responsibilities and Requirements: Seeking a Senior Real Estate Development Project Manager to oversee complex real estate development projects from concept through completion. Ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, real estate development, and coordination of multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate real estate development projects
Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders
Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis
Ensure compliance with zoning and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate development
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in project management software
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field preferred
