Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent technical background
- 4 years of experience in process control, automation, software development, or information technology
- Management experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or other life sciences industries
Alternative Qualification:
- Master's degree + 2 years of experience
Additional Details:
- Hybrid work schedule (in-office and remote)
- Up to 25% travel to foreign or domestic customer sites for product installations and configurations
