Seeks a Chief Technology Officer to direct the company's AI and overall technology strategy, to meet business objectives and expand market shares; direct and delegate the rollout of the company's latest technologies to managers; evaluate the company and managers across key metrics; review budget proposals and direct the funds towards staffing and technologies; manage relationships and contracts with vendors; prepare reports for the executive board covering technology, ROIs, KPIs, improvements, and expansion.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. 60 months experience on the job. Experience with Vector Databases; AI Agents; Cloud infrastructure; DevOps and Tools; Message Brokers/Protocols. Remote position with occasional travel to the headquarters and Lehi, UT satellite office required.
