Responsible for understanding the business needs & objectives of Aerospace Customer & Product Support & translating them into IT solutions that drive operational efficiency, productivity, & growth.
Requirements:
Must have 8 yrs of exp with the following:
- Expert understanding of the principles & best practices in project management & customer service
- Expert ability to drive & adapt customer needs to an established reporting structure including for KPI attainment
- Expert ability to meet operational deadlines & KPIs
- Complex project management in an IT/tech environment
- Complex MS Excel & Report Building skills
- Understanding customer requirements & articulating in non-tech language
Must also have 6 yrs of exp with the following:
- Lean, Agile & scrum program management environments
Additional Details:
- Approximately 10% domestic travel required
- Telecom permitted up to 2x/week
