This is a telecommuting position reporting to company HQ in Marietta, GA. Applicants may work from a home office anywhere in the U.S.
Lead strategic planning & execution of platform roadmap; manage platform lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment & enhancements; define platform features, functionality & user experience; conduct regular platform performance assessments to identify areas for improvement & implement optimization strategies; monitor & analyze platform usage data & user feedback to gain insights & make data-driven decisions; define & track KPIs/metrics to measure platform success/impact; responsible for product-led growth to identify & execute innovative channels for growth/adoption of use cases.
Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management or related (will accept equivalent foreign degree)
- 5 years' experience managing end-to-end lifecycle of complex platform management including planning, development, deployment & optimization
