Product Support Engineer Supervisor (Nanosystems Engineer) - Duties are coordinate tech support for business development & sales activities for microanalyzer instruments & technologies used for material identification & quantification applications including deliver pre & post-sales tech presentations; analyze prod & tech spec requirement needs of customers; coordinate schedule for installation & on-site maintenance & repairs; provide troubleshooting & application specific system testing; liaise with engineering & customers on corrective actions; & conduct on-site application trainings on system usage.
Requires a Master's degree in Nanosystems Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or related field that included experience with utilizing SEM and EDS Detectors for nanoparticles research & troubleshooting scientific instrumentation. Position located in Madison, WI with 20% domestic/international travel.
