(Telecommuting permitted up to 4 days/wk) to work across multiple phases SDLC with in project to design, code, test & document large, complex software requirements for applications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or closely related field & 5 years progressive, post-bachelor's experience in position offered or as Systems Engineer, or closely related. Alternatively, will accept Master's degree & 2 years experience in above positions. Must have demonstrated experience following:
- Utilizing Agile & software development processes at all levels SDLC
- Developing software for large-scale & distributed systems services in multiple environments
- Review designs & code from other software engineers to ensure high quality software
- Writing automated unit & integration tests for code
- Utilizing Programming Languages: TypeScript, Kotlin, JavaScript, Python, to build software
- Utilizing geo-data to create targeted recommendations for users
- Write unit test cases to ensure new & existing code works according to specifications
- Developing APIs to facilitate communication between client & server software programs
