Operations Analyst opportunity with Manufacturer of test/measurement instruments e.g. oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers etc. for next gen high-performance communication, consumer electronics & computer products. Responsibilities include: Supporting Development, Manufacturing & distribution/warehousing with Operations Analysis; ERP data analysis; Prepare management reports; define/evaluate Operations problems & analyze inventory/physical material tracking & recommend improvements. Provide repeatable reusable reports for Management; reconcile inventory discrepancies, develop quantitative methods to maintain accurate inventory/material data; define data Requirements in ERP system. Gather/validate ERP information to ensure successful tracking of physical materials. Reconcile inventory discrepancies, Identify & resolve physical material related issues i.e. tracking, retrieval, quantity discrepancies. Formulate & apply mathematical Models, simulations & other methods to develop/interpret information collect/analyze data from the ERP to develop supply optimal time, cost, or logistics. Collaborate with Senior Manager/decision makers to Identify & solve problems impacting product development & delivery. Specify computational methods to be applied to improve materials management program.
Minimum Qualifications: MS Business Analytics, Data Analytics/Science or foreign equivalent degree.
