Develop and implement financial strategies, policies and procedures. Oversee preparation and management of budgets, forecasts and financial plans. Analyze financial performance and variances. Monitor key financial metrics and prepare reports to stakeholders. Lead and mentor the finance team. Coordinate and manage audits.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 5 years progressive experience. BIG 4 audit experience involving audit and tax filing. Experience with 10Q, 10K, 8K filing; SEC rules & FASB guidance; SOX 404 testing and internal control documentation. Experience in dealing with Audit Committee & Board of Directors, translating IFRS to US GAAP reporting, process improvement or system implementation.
Additional Details:
Telecommuting is acceptable in the U.S. Domestic or international travels at least 30% of the time in a year for 1-2 weeks per trip. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, & life insurance, Unlimited PTO, & 401K.
