Education Preference: Bachelor's in Construction & Financial Management, Construction Project Management, or Civil Engineering
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and analyze financial documents, markets, and performance reports to qualify productivity or percentages of target completion and update areas where objectives are not accomplished or causing overruns. Requires knowledge of safety policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national safety operations, including OSHA standards to meet compliance for worker protection. Requires knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in construction or repair of houses and buildings. Demonstrates ability in business and management principles involving strategic planning, resource allocation, HR modeling, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Construction & Financial Management, Construction Project Management, or Civil Engineering
- 24 months employment experience in Financial Management
- Knowledge of safety policies and OSHA standards
- Understanding of construction materials and methods
- Strategic planning and leadership skills
- Requires incidental travel to various construction sites in Montgomery & Harris County
