Advise clients considering or participating in transactions, including advising on transaction structures and deal terms. Negotiate and prepare primary transaction documents.
Requirements:
JD or foreign equivalent, IL Bar, 2 years of experience in position or 2 years of alternate occupational experience performing complex cross-border merger and acquisition advisory legal duties.
