Senior Consultant, Executive and Board Advisory sought by Aon Consulting, Inc. reporting to headquarters in Chicago, IL to provide executive compensation consulting services.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field + 1 year of experience (or Bachelor's degree + 5 progressive years) of executive compensation experience
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in:
- Modeling out designs relative to industry benchmarks, proxy advisory firm policies, & national investor guidelines
- Supporting governance-related projects including dilution & run rate modeling, executive compensation trends & analysis, equity plan features benchmarking, Quality Score audits, & pay ratio analysis
- Analyzing regulatory filings including proxy statements, annual reports, 8-Ks, & Form 4s
- Analyzing components of compensation plans, including salaries, short- & long-term incentives, prerequisites, equity pay mix, & severance pay packages
- Reviewing existing compensation practices for proxy advisory & SEC compliance
- Building valuation tools & spreadsheets using MS Excel & Power Point
- Applying equity valuation methodologies including Black-Scholes, spread valuation, & scenario modeling
