Seeks a Sr Product Eng to work with design, fab, and backend assembly team members to manage NPI on lead technology through qualification flow.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in EE or related field
- 2 years of experience in semiconductor industry
- Experience in:
- End-to-end NPI related to microcontrollers
- ICs
- Semiconductor device physics & CMOS fab processes
- Integrated analog & digital IC theory
- High-volume test methodologies of ICs
- Statistical & analytical skills for product yield improvement & optimization
- Device & package reliability qualifications
- Reliability failure analysis
- Bench debugging with lab instruments & ATE testers (Advantest V93K)
- Semiconductor Front End Process, Back End assembly & final test process
- Interacting with cross-functional teams
- Project management tools (MS Project)
- Lead a project on 130nm/40nm/22nm CMOS technology
Additional Details:
- 5% domestic travel
- 5% international travel
- Telecommuting permitted up to 1 day/week
