- Master's in Behavioral & Decision Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Interface Design, Interaction Design, or related field or foreign degree equivalent
- 3 years of experience planning & conducting quantitative & qualitative user research at all stages of product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate user insights into technical and business requirements
