Lead development and enhancement of Customer Data Platform (CDP), ensuring it meets needs of marketing, data, and engineering teams.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Math, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or closely related quantitative field & 2 years experience in position offered, as Product Owner/Manager, or closely related position
- Alternatively, employer will accept Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent & 5 years progressive, post-bachelor's experience in above positions
- Must have full-time experience in project & product management and the following:
- Utilizing SCRUM & Agile methodologies & procedures to ensure product development is aligned to CDP business objectives
- Utilizing Tableau & Power BI to create metrics & dashboards that track product implementation results
- Utilizing SQL & Python to analyze large data sets for business forecasting & decision-making processes
- Conducting user enablement sessions to launch CDP
- Leading presentations on product vision & product development process & results to stakeholders
