San Francisco/Palo Alto, CA/ Hybrid. Lead and manage a team of designers to develop world-class product design solutions that meet customer needs and business goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, create design briefs, and ensure that design solutions align with product strategy. Drive development of design concepts, prototypes, and final design deliverables, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, usability, and accessibility.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalency in Interactive Design, Industrial Design, or related field. Five (5) years of experience in job or as Product Designer, or closely related occupation. Experience must include product design with user centered products across multiple platforms and devices. Knowledge of user centered design principles, methodologies and tools including design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
