Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering or closely related field & 3 years experience in position offered or as Application/IT Architect, or closely related position. Alternatively, employer will accept Bachelor's degree & 5 years progressive, post-bachelor's experience in above positions. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
Demonstrated experience must include: Analyzing problems & design solutions involving business processes & applications. Translating user requirements into solutions that leverage Salesforce & related technology platforms. Advising stakeholders as Subject Matter Expert on functional/technical design alternatives & building robust solutions for enterprise applications. Recommending alternative approaches to business problems in CRM space & providing advice on technical challenges, system issues & implementing cross-functional solutions. Leading technical design sessions & architecting technical solutions aligned with client business objectives. Mentoring junior technical resources & owning responsibility for ongoing technical development of technical resources. Providing expertise to customers & partners on sales cycles & marketing events.
