Full Time Position
Requirements:
BS or Higher in Urban Planning, Urban Studies, Geography, Policy, Regional Planning, Architecture, or related fields.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess community priorities
- Analyze and provide statistics on San Francisco Chinatown neighborhood trends/demographics
- Assess impact of projects
- Write RFPs or recommendations to city/state agencies
- Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets
- Track grants
- Write reports and renewals
- Collaborate with planning team/staff to define organization's position on planning issues and plan of action
- Write grant proposals to program funders
- Provide public testimony
- Provide planning in advocacy efforts on Chinatown community issues
