Seeks VP Operational Risk Officer to review and analyze Bank's operational risks framework across various business, group companies, and functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Business Administration, or Finance
- Years of experience in operational risk management role
- Required experience must include advising financial services firms in design and execution of operational risk frameworks
- Experience developing and implementing target operating models, policies, procedures, controls, and technology solutions
- Designing frameworks to assess operational risk across multiple factors (people, processes, systems, external factors) and types (integrity, compliance, IT/cybersecurity, privacy, vendor, physical & legal)
- Helping conduct gap assessments on operational risk functions by benchmarking organizational capabilities against regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Advising on measurement and management of financial and non-financial risk using operational risk tools including risk & control self-assessments, control testing & review
- Managing team of risk analysts
Additional Details:
Role involves hybrid work with time split between Charlotte, NC office and flexibility to telecommute from another US location.
