Own all aspects of the company's performance in serviced markets. Responsible for activities related to the company financials, service & installation of wireless equipment across multiple vendors. Assist market leaders for the company with installation help, standard rigging practices, crane usage or the need for structural integrity strengthening. Monitor market KPIs. Establish & deliver performance to the market's annual plan. Provide forecasts & updates of "actual vs plan". Forecast staffing needs for increased volume. Retain, recruit & train employees. Requires up to 8% domestic travel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in any field
- 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a construction manager in telecommunications infrastructure & systems industry
- Must have 3 years experience using Ericsson United, Talon view, ESR, CCI Sites, Siteterra, & SBA Portal
