Address key customer quality issues. Ensure communication and complete problem resolution. Present findings and actions from RMA investigations via 8D, SWHY and other reporting methods. Requirements:
Must have Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Manufacturing) or related field and 3 years related quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. Also requires skills (8-3 years experience) in: supplier audits or surveys; working from specifications, technical manuals, and schematics; and explaining technical problems to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
