Multiple Openings for Pega Systems Inc. to design, develop, deploy, and operate core runtime services with a key focus on distributed/cloud computing, concurrency, and performance for our cloud native runtime engine and its services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study
- 5 years of experience in software development, including object-oriented design, debugging, unit testing, and continuous integration
- Will accept Master's degree & 2 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree & 5 years of experience
- Experience must include 5 years (or 2 years with Master's degree) in:
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Algorithms and data structures
- Experience must include 2 years in:
- Enterprise software development in Kotlin or Core Java
- Working on a Scrum team
- Distributed systems concepts including security, scalability, resiliency, and consistency
Additional Information:
- Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days/week
- Must live within normal commuting distance of Pega Systems Inc.'s office in Waltham, MA
