Requirements:
Requires experience with: Formulating and executing strategies for products, with advanced design and AV engineering positions; forecasting, target-setting, and performance monitors, driving growth in AV and custom tech markets; Analyzing sales metrics, market trends, and KPIs to refine strategies and enhance resource allocation; Market segmentation and developing buyer personas; Advanced AV technologies; Calibration and acoustic optimization methods; Solution-based selling and consultative sales; Managing timelines and sales pipelines, expanding channels and establishing partnerships; Structuring contracts and pricing models and services; Contract negotiation; Navigating markets and regulatory compliance; Managing budgets and coordinating sales programs.
Qualifications:
Requires Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, and 2 years Senior Executive-level experience in Technology, Audio Engineering, and System Design. Option to work from home available. Travel required - 25% U.S.; 10% globally.
