Zuora, Inc., seeks Lead Techno-Functional Business Systems Analyst (Sales Process) in Redwood City, CA to develop innovative SaaS solutions and build a comprehensive technology infrastructure and components to ensure customers experience seamless customer support.
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressive post-bachelor's experience as a computer systems engineer/architect/consultant in IT services, or a related occupation. Must have successfully completed Salesforce Certified Associate and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer | certification requirements.
Experience must include 2 years of experience with each of the following:
- Salesforce, App Exchange, Visual Force, Data Loader, and Copado
- SaaS Environment, Soap UI, Workbench, and JIRA
- Lucid chart, Google Suite, and Visual Studio
