Utilize engineering principles, knowledge, and experience to: define and manage market strategy for autonomous vehicle development, testing, deployment; manage periodic forecast across all businesses; recruit and retain a global sales team to meet business goals with a multi-year plan to grow the team; establish and maintain sales process and metrics; develop sales strategies and ensure U.S. goals are met; report to board of directors on sales performance, strategy, forecast; support fundraising and investor pitches.
Requirements:
Must have a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering, plus 60 months of experience in a lead sales role on automotive accounts, and 60 months leading sales for automotive accounts, managing customer success and generating revenue growth, acquiring and retaining talent, and solving engineering challenges. Must travel to Europe, Germany, United Kingdom, Japan, and South Korea 10 times per year.
