Responsible for directing operations of restaurants in district in accordance with brand & franchise standards, remaining engaged with guests & employees to continually improve upon & maintain the overall success of assigned district. Travel required to visit other stores within district to ensure metrics, policy, & procedures in place.
Requirements:
Equivalent High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent academic background. 1 year management experience. Demonstrated Skills & abilities, including:
- Strong leadership abilities to successfully develop, manage & retain a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills to be an example in providing the highest level of customer service
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task & resolve conflict
- Knowledge & understanding of business operations
