Participate in product analytics efforts working directly with multiple Product Managers across the company.
Requirements:
Master's in Business Analytics, or related field or equivalent, & 2 years of experience extracting & integrating data to support analytical efforts, including writing complex SQL queries & analyzing in-app customer journeys through Adobe/Google Analytics. Prior experience must include 2 years of experience conceptualizing advanced analytics projects related to:
- Product feature prioritization
- Ad-hoc product analysis
- Embedded product analytics tools & programs
- Product KPI measurements & planning
- User navigation design analytics
- Defining product analytics metrics
- Conceptualizing, designing & executing hypothesis testing & analytical solutions for product features
- Analyzing data from online marketing campaigns including user response, website conversions, feature usage, churn rates
- Conducting online customer analyses & machine learning modeling, including:
- Customer Segmentation
- Retention Analysis
- Lifetime Value Analysis
- Marketing return on investment
- Brand Research
- Feature Utilization
- Supporting & monitoring live experiments & ensuring appropriate metrics & segments are accurately implemented & reported
- Conducting data analysis & building machine learning models to predict & detect customer behaviors & segments
In executing duties, utilizing Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Adobe Analytics & Machine Learning.
