Finance Benefits and Compensation Associate responsible for statistical models and techniques to analyze compensation and equity data. Duties include:
- Determine necessary data for compensation projections and related analysis
- Design compensation surveys to develop statistical models
- Interpret data to communicate analysis to both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Utilize statistical software to analyze data and create visualizations to aid compensation and equity decision-making
- Work with Excel, including Vlookup, Sumif, and pivot tables, for:
- Currency conversion and public financial reporting
- Analyzing, organizing, and creating statistical summaries of large data sets for benefits benchmarking and country harmonization
- Performing domestic and global market research
- Compiling, analyzing, and presenting data and findings
- Performing practical analyses utilizing statistical software to analyze trends in benefits and provide recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of experience
- Required skills: Statistical Analysis, Experience Benchmarking, Data Analysis, Financial Reporting, Public Finance, Market Research/Analysis
