Nomura Securities International, Inc. (San Francisco, CA) seeks Sr Advisor, Retail Investment Banking to identify new client & transaction opportunities & lead deal execution process.
Requirements:
Requires Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance or Economics + 2 years experience in position offered or as Investment Banking Analyst or Associate. All required experience must have included preparing comprehensive financial modeling & valuation analysis including DCF, precedent transactions, accretion/dilution models, comparable company analysis, LBOs & sum of the parts analysis on various investment banking engagements across wide array of practices including buy-side & sell-side M&A advisory, leveraged finance & debt & equity capital raises, IPOs, spin-offs/divestitures & shareholder/board advisory; managing due diligence process including preparation of data room materials & aggregating all necessary data across various functions of firm; working with companies in coverage areas including consumer services, tech & financial sponsors, negotiations of various legal documents including NDAs, credit agreements, engagement letters, sale & purchase agreements; & creating pitch books that propose comprehensive transaction structures to increase shareholder value including optimal structuring for M&A transactions, divestitures & combination analysis.
Domestic travel required approximately 10% of time for client meetings. #LI-DNI
