Lead the end-to-end design process from concept through implementation to improve operations & quality for multiple products. Ensure the rapid development & release of new interface features in 5-week release cycles.
Review & assess our users' pain points, autonomy development workflows, & feedback about our tools from their daily usage to establish & evaluate product design concepts. Liaise with project managers & engineers to create & validate user experience solutions for highly technical & complex interface & engineering challenges in our products.
Draft Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) & develop & present usability test reports for each release to inform the roadmap of the products. Identify & implement methods to expand & evolve our "Dragonfruit" design system.
Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Interactive Design or Media Design, + at least 24 months of experience as a User Interface (UI) Designer for an autonomous automotive company & 24 months of experience with UI designs & using Figma, Blender, Protopie, & Adobe Creative Suite.
