Develop BIM capabilities within the team, including preparing a team plan & recruiting; be involved in the production & coordination of infrastructure 3D models & objects covering transit station architecture, mechanical electrical, & civil design; design of pavement sections, & construction details; preparation of drawings showing interfacing of different systems, underground utilities, work phasing, etc.; & developing of BIM Execution Plans for different projects in line with the scope & Level of Design required.
Requirements:
Master's (or foreign equivalent) degree in Building Science or related field with knowledge of Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Navisworks, & Revit.
