Design & develop manufacturing processes, tooling & fixtures to meet daily production schedules while enhancing productivity & product quality.
Requirements:
Bachelors or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related engineering field of study with minimum 5 years of progressive professional experience in:
(1) Utilizing tools like Gage R&R, Cp, Cpk & SPC to improve processes
(2) Modeling processes & unit operations by applying knowledge & understanding of manufacturing concepts like Value Stream mapping, 5S & Visual Workplace to improve quality, labor efficiency & throughput
(3) CAPA & investigation management
(4) Developing & implementing process improvements
(5) Conducting tests & measurements throughout stages of production to determine control over variables such as temperature, density, pressure & viscosity
(6) Ensuring processes & procedures follow U.S. FDA regulations, 21 CFR 820, other regulatory requirements including ISO 13485
