Lead large strategic & cross-functional IT programs by defining strategic intent & overseeing deliverable development. Manage, assess, & document project scope, goals, & deliverables. Partner with clinical operations & Epic IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, recognize & use synergies from other projects, & implement quality control measures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5 years progressive IT experience in healthcare industry
- Prior involvement in 2 major Epic upgrades or Epic implementations
- Solid experience in:
- Project management
- Change management
- Software release management
- Network operations
- Risk management
- Epic Ambulatory documentation tools
- MS Office (Power Point, Excel)
- Ability to strategize, plan, & execute large-scale, complex IT projects
- Basic knowledge of regulatory bodies governing healthcare (i.e., JCAHO, CMS, Magnet)
- Excellent written, oral, & interpersonal communication skills
