Requirements:
Requires master's degree in Business Administration, Hospital/Healthcare Administration, Public Health Services or a closely related field with a focus on hospital/healthcare services and 9 years experience in business operations, management consulting or business operations analytics including years in a management or team lead role and experience with:
(1) Managing/leading operations that balances effective staffing & impact on quality & outcomes
(2) Launching/leading large complex initiatives that require collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams
(3) Mentoring & leading team members and staff
(4) Performing budgetary development & management for health-related organizations including revenue projections & identification of value levers to improve profitability
(5) Conducting strategic planning or strategy development
