Responsible for sourcing & procuring direct materials to meet planned requirements in accordance with inventory stocking policies & procedures to support manufacturing operations; while meeting business objectives of safety, quality, on time delivery, competitive customer lead times, profitability, & inventory.
Support daily Supply Chain management activities to ensure commitments are achieved & project management teams & New Product Introductions are supported.
Requirements:
- BS degree (or equivalent foreign degree) in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or closely related field & 5 years experience as Buyer or Supply Chain Analyst in manufacturing environment
- OR MS degree (or equivalent foreign degree) in same & 3 years experience in same
